I have been feverishly trying to figure out how to do this blogging business with no success. Sure I am able to write daily posts but as for getting it out there I have not a clue. I really need someone who could walk me through the steps.

Well, the best way is through word of mouth. I find that by commenting and following othe people's blogs they will generally reciprocate.
