I was going through my pantry today and noticed i had a pkg. of white cake mix. I decided to get creative and boy did it pay off. I baked the cake as directed. Took a pack of cream cheese and let it sit until room temp and blended it with 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 cup of sugar. Also had a container of the cool whip whipped frosting (this is new and i find it at walmart supercenter) i mixed a pack of the duncan hines peaches and cream into the frosting. I made 2 round cakes and i topped the first with the cream cheese mixture. topped with the second cake and frosted. Tastes like heaven...patting myself on the back :) was so light and delicious!
