Grazia silicone mini muffin pan (Review)

I've never tried silicone muffin pans before because they just looked too flimsy to me. So when i received the opportunity to try one out for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review i thought hmmmm guess i am going to see if these really work.

I whipped up a batch of corn muffins as soon as I received this Grazia pan. The cups are lined with a shiny coating, so I'd hoped it would work better than my old ugly metal pan. Now keep in mind that these pans are not sturdy like metal ones so they really bend easily...which to me is a plus since it makes it easier to remove the muffins once they are done.

 I simply used a cookie sheet to support the pan while placing in the oven. I was happy to see that the muffins browned evenly. To my surprise...the muffins popped right out as soon as I turned the pan over! And might i also add that i did not need any cooking spray or liners to bake my muffins.

 It's also extremely easy to clean, with just a quick rinse of soap & water. With the metal pan i was constantly spending too much time scrubbing and trying to get the mess up out of the crevices. I am Extremely happy with this product.

After using this amazing muffin pan I will definitely be tossing the old metal ones out!! Trust me...once you use this it will become your favorite baking tool.
